Booking Dates

The majority of our bookings in the high season usually start/finish on Tuesday noon. The main reason for this is that it is usually much easier for our customers to get direct flights to/from Malta on these days. Thus, when looking for flights we do recommend you give preference to flying on Tuesdays. Given this, please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to travel on any other day. Although we usually have to be strict on booking dates for villas in the high season, we can be quite lenient on low season or apartment bookings. In any case we will surely try our best to help you out.

Booking Procedures

In case you are interested in booking any of our accomodation you should first check out our vacancies section to check if the accomodation you wish to book is available. In case you do not find the information required please contact us with the dates and type of accomodation you are interested in and we will get back to you (usually within 48 hours).

Once you know the accomodation is free you can follow the following steps for booking:

1) Email us ASAP to provisionally reserve your dates. In the Email please include: Full Name, Number of Persons, Type of accomodation required and your contact details. We will Email you back with a confirmation for your provisional booking.

2) In order to confirm your booking you must then send us a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost. Most major currencies are accepted however all payments will be converted to Euro at the local bank's exchange rate. The easiest and cheapest method of payment is usually a cheque payable to Rainbow Co. Ltd. However you also have the option to send all your details by Email and use a credit card or bank transfer for the deposit. For security reasons we suggest that you avoid sending credit card details by Email and use fax or phone as an alternative for sending such details.

3) When sending a cheque by post please include a letter confirming your contact details and booking dates.

4) Together with the deposit also state which other services you require such as airport transfers, welcome food-pack, car hire, etc.

5) Please note that provisional bookings are only valid for 1 week so if you do not contact us within 1 week of your provisional booking we will have to assume that you are no longer interested in booking. We will Email you back as soon as the deposit transaction has been processed to say that your booking is confirmed.

6) The remaining balance is payable anytime prior to your arrival or else within 24 hours after your arrival in Malta.

Methods of payment:

For cash payments, we currently accept Sterling or Euro currency.

Any payments by private cheques must be received at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

We also accept major credit cards however a 4% transaction charge must be applied to credit card payments since all quoted prices are specifically for cash payments.

Exchange Rates

All our prices are quoted in Euro (€). Any payment in foreign currencies will be converted at the exchange rate offered by the local banks at the time of payment. A useful online currency convertor can be accessed here but please note that amounts converted using this online facility are approximate and may differ slightly from those actually obtained from local banks.
