'Upper Villa Highnoon' is the upper part of the Villa Highnoon complex which is situated in a peaceful valley known as 'Santa Maria Estate'. The villa is located just 5 minutes walking distance from Mellieha village centre where you will have access to all amenities including several supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, bakery, fish shop, and pharmacies with doctor in attendance daily. The villa is just 10 minutes walking distance from the sea where you will get easy access to the beatiful Mellieha Bay which happens to be the largest sandy beach on the island. From the villa you can easily reach the island of Gozo since the Gozo Ferry terminal is just 10 drive away.

Villa Highnoon is in two parts; Upper Highnoon & Lower Highnoon. Both Upper and Lower parts are 3-bedroom apartments having their own entrance, terraces and private facilities. The occupants of both parts of the Villa have exclusive use of the large well maintained swimming pool.

If you want to accomodate a large group or want more privacy, you may also choose to rent out both Upper & Lower Highnoon together. This will enable you to have the whole villa privately to yourselves including the exclusive use of a private swimming pool.

The villa is fully detached and has a large garden, surrounding the area with several citrus and palm trees. Since Highnoon overlooks the valley, you get to enjoy both sea and country views whilst relaxing in the sunny Maltese weather.

All rooms are well furnished and pleasing. The fitted kitchens are fully equipped with a microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. An electric iron, fans and a weekly linen service are provided free of charge. Each of the upper/lower apartments consist of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-room and kitchen/dining. Extra bedding, cots, baby chairs and airconditioning or heating units can also be provided on request - see FAQ for details. Free broadband WIFI internet is available in both apartments.

Villa High Noon is the ideal place for those who require comfortable accomodation away from the bustle generally associated with a major holiday resort. Here you will find a home from home. A place where you can do your own thing and have the holiday that you want without the discipline of set meal times and the frustration caused by others who have just occupied the last available sun-bed by the poolside.
